Most recently, Emma was doula during the birth of my twins. She was a calming and kind presence, supportive of my choices and unflappable during my c section.

“I met Emma in Dec 2022 and was at my last hope of trying to conceive as I was getting older and considered geriatric by the NHS and was paying for fertility treatment myself. Emma immediately put me at ease with her friendly manner and listened with no judgement.
I found the health questionnaire useful as it covered all bases and left no stone unturned. I saw Emma weekly for one session and we were really able to get in tune with my body and Emma was able to pick up when I had a migraine and cold or coldsores. She was also able to pick up when I was ovulating.
I did fall pregnant with the help of fertility treatment and Emma - I told Emma the dates and treatment plan and she always ensured I was seeing her in order to help my body conceive - but unfortunately this pregnancy ended in loss. I informed Emma and had another treatment to ensure that I passed baby fully without the need for intervention.
I then had another session and said to Emma I thought I was ovulating and Emma agreed and we managed to conceive naturally with no fertility help apart from reflexology. I continued to see Emma throughout my pregnancy and really valued and still do value her advice and calm demeanour especially as I am a worrier. I was also very poorly during my pregnancy and the reflexology helped reset and keep me going.
I gave birth Dec 23 to a healthy baby boy and will continue to see Emma afterwards as time allows - I had some appointments after my c section and really believe Emma has helped my body to heal from inside out.
I would not hesitate to recommend Emma to people and I have done so. A really amazing and intuitive lady when it comes to reflexology and targeting points to help”

She was really friendly and reassuring (I was a bit nervous as I haven’t really had a massage before) The room was really peaceful and calming and she explained what she would do and if I felt she was using too much pressure then I could ask her to stop.
