CANCELLATION POLICY:

Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, or 'no-shows,' will be charged the full treatment fee and are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. 

PREGNANCY:

Pregnancy wellness treatments are only available to clients who are 12 weeks pregnant or further. We recommend consulting with your midwife or GP prior to booking to ensure the treatment is suitable for your current stage of pregnancy.

DATA PROTECTION:

Holistic Studio is fully compliant with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 legislations. We securely process your personal data only for the purposes of managing your bookings and providing safe treatments. Your confidential information is never shared with third parties.
